TILE ROOF REPAIR PHOTOS
A tile roof repair, step by step

Read the tile repair sequence
The first image records gaps and displaced tiles in the covering. The work-stage image shows a local area opened with tiles set aside; the final view shows that area covered again while the surrounding roof remains weathered. This is evidence of a targeted intervention, not a complete roof replacement. The photos do not establish the condition of every concealed layer or demonstrate a water test.
For a similar repair, keep the location of the affected tiles, the agreed replacement material and any findings from the opened area with the quote. If indoor water is the main concern, use roof leak investigation to establish how the visible defect relates to the reported leak.

TILE REPAIR SCOPE
Repair the affected area, retain the surrounding roof
We lifted tiles in the work area and reinstated the covering, leaving the surrounding weathered roof in place. Your roof's condition and available replacement tiles determine whether a similar local repair is suitable.
For your own roof, the extent of tile damage, condition of adjoining materials and availability of suitable replacement tiles determine the proposed scope. Use the inspection and quote checklist to prepare your questions about materials, access and the roof areas included.
RELATED PATHWAYS
Arrange an assessment of damaged roof tiles
If you have spotted cracked, slipped or missing tiles, record the general roof area from a safe position. Use a roof inspection pathway when the closest repair category is unclear.
